Terms & Conditions
1) Closing date for entry will be 11:59 PM, AWST on Friday, 30th June 2023. After this date and time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
2) The draw will take place on Tuesday, 4th July 2023 with the first entry selected using a random number generator.
3) Competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the ACT, employees of Global Industrial (the Promoter) and Paramount Boxes resellers.
4) The prize is as follows: one (1) winning entrant will receive standard Paramount steel or aluminium units from the Paramount Boxes range of standard toolboxes in any combination to the value of $4,000 (RRP). The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Ute Toolboxes are subject to availability. Any unused value in the single transaction will be forfeited.
5) Freight, delivery and fitting costs are not included as part of the prize pool, however delivery and installation services can be recommended.
6) Limit of one entry per person. Persons discovered to have submitted multiple entries may be disqualified from participation.
7) The winner will be notified by email within 10 working days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 60 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
8) The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. The prize winner agrees to arrange the collection of their prize from a distributor warehouse in Osborne Park WA, Deer Park VIC, Prestons NSW or Oxley QLD. The toolbox can be delivered Australia wide, though freight costs will be borne by the winner. No costs or liabilities related to the collection, installation or use of the prize will be borne by the Promoter.
9) The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10) It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Promoter has the right to publicise the winner for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition, if required. Any personal data relating to the winner and other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data privacy legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
11) If the winner chooses to accept the prize, by accepting the prize the winner is agreeing to participate in any news or media activity surrounding the competition and the publication of their name and entry on the Paramount Boxes website, social media sites and other marketing material owned by Paramount Boxes.
