What is the Paramount 24-month Manufacturer’s warranty?
All Paramount Boxes products have a 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase as shown on the original invoice.
Product Materials, Components and Structure are all covered under the 24-month manufacturer's warranty. This includes the lock, handles, gas struts, hinges, slides, nuts and bolts.
All warranties are strictly back-to-base warranties. You will need to cover the cost of returning the goods to us for any reason.
What is covered under the 24-month warranty?
Product Materials, Components and Structure all have a 24-month manufacturer's warranty. This includes the lock, handles, gas struts, hinges, slides, nuts and bolts.
The warranty will not apply to products that have been misused, or used in a manner contrary to the purpose or suitability of the product. For example: the warranty does not cover unintentional or malicious damage, vehicle collisions, or intentional tampering such as, but not limited to, attempted theft, nor does the warranty extend to items stowed in our products, nor the vehicle to which the toolbox is affixed.
The warranty period may be void where the product was incorrectly fitted or if the product has been altered aftermarket.
How do I make a claim under warranty?
Present the product, together with proof of purchase to the store or workshop of purchase.
If the product is indeed deemed defective within the warranty period, you may be offered a repair, for-like replacement in the case of a discontinued line, a product of similar style/value, or a refund as per your rights under Australian consumer law.
We suggest sending a copy of the original order, photos, and a description of the issue to the seller to begin the process of a warranty claim.
If any issue occurs, please notify the reseller IMMEDIATELY. If you are unsatisfied with their response, email us directly. Paramount Boxes cannot and will not be held liable for further damage to the item, persons, vehicles or personal effects arising from use after a fault his been identified.

What is the difference between 705, 850 and 950 series toolboxes?
As an easy reference the ‘series’ refers to the height
705-series are 705mm high x 505mm deep. Most designs are available in 900mm, 1220mm or 1450mm long.
850-series are 850mm high (including bottom channel) x 616mm deep. Available in 4 lengths; 1000mm, 1280mm, 1565mm and 1850mm long. These are 100mm shorter than the 950-series, which can sometimes be too tall for the ladder bar on some utes.
950-series are 950mm long (including bottom channel) x 616mm deep.
Available in 4 lengths; 1000mm, 1280mm, 1565mm and 1850mm long.
Are you able to colour-match my vehicle?
Our standard colours are white, black and metallic. Please reach out and discuss colour-matching with your nearest authorised distributor by clicking click here. They may be able to arrange this as an aftermarket option or for larger fleets.
Do you have a showroom where I can view products?

How do I become a wholesaler?How do I become a wholesaler?
We strive to build great relationships with each of our wholesalers and welcome input and feedback regarding our products and services.
If you are a retailer, manufacturer or fitter interested in stocking and/or distributing Paramount Boxes, please send us an enquiry
to wholesale@paramountboxes.com and we will be in touch with all the details in setting up a wholesale account.
Are there minimum order quantities?
No, there is no minimum order quantity.
Can I have payment terms?
Please contact wholesale@paramountboxes.com to further discuss and access an application form.
Do you offer custom toolboxes?
We do not offer one-off custom toolboxes. However, as a wholesaler who may be purchasing in bulk consistently, there is the opportunity to import a modified version of a Paramount Boxes product (i.e colour or size) in bulk of 20+ items. Lead times and payment terms vary. Please contact your sales representative.
What are your turnaround times?
Our standard turnaround time is between 3-4 business days depending on availability and receiving payment authorisation for a purchase. In the event that an ordered item is not in stock or we are unable to fulfil it, we will let you know as soon as possible with an estimated turnaround time.
